How to use binaural beats?
Remove all distractions and dim the lights. Lie down in a comfortable position. Then, focus on your breathing: inhale – focus on your body – exhale. Repeat this five times. Be aware of your body. If any part feels tight, direct your focus on it and try to relax it. If you feel your thoughts are too loud just return your focus to your breathing.
